I can’t believe it is already half way through the month of October! Where does time go? Earlier this week I shared with you the Bats & Bones Halloween Dessert Table that we designed. Well here is the complimenting tablescape I designed for a Spooktacular Girls Night In party I will be sharing with my girlfriends. Not wanting to exactly replicate the feel of the dessert table design, I stuck with the same color scheme but kept it more on the glamorous side. Halloween doesn’t’ have to be about blood, gore and things that go bump in the night. No matter what your style, celebrate it in your own and unique way.
PARTY HOSTING TIP: See the purple martini glasses that are on the table…those will be gifts for the ladies to take home at the end of the night. It’s always a nice surprise when you give your guests an unexpected treat, especially when hosting an intimate dinner party. The glasses were only $6 at Pier 1 Imports.
The invitations and the menu cards were all designed by Kori of Paper and Pigtails
Leave a comment…let me know your thoughts…what’s your favorite part of this tablescape design? (remember you have to click on the title of the post to see where you can post a comment at the bottom)

I saw those glasses from Pier 1 the last time I was there – loved the purple color and I agree that they would make great gifts! I bought these glasses from Pier 1 that day for my green and gold harvest table…http://www.megpies.com/1/post/2010/10/tuesday-tablescapes-a-gold-green-thanksgiving.html

Love all the work you do!! What I especially love about the this tablescape is the use of the color purple. Not just because it is my favorite color, but it works well with orange and black(think of the color of changing fall leaves). I like that you did not do a “commercial”, what everyone else kind of does table. It is definitly unique. Really love the dressing up of the candles.
