Heading back home to Connecticut today and I can’t be more happy. Vegas is fun, but as they say, there is no place like home. I am always in the mood for a sweet treat. It doesn’t matter the time of day (cake for breakfast anyone) or holiday. Valentine’s Day is no exception. You know what, it gives me the BEST excuse to sample an entire box of Godiva chocolates with no remorse or guilt. Well maybe just a little the next morning. I like to bake so any excuse I have to whip up a dessert, I will take. Have you decided what you might make for the loves in your life for Valentine’s Day? You haven’t? Seriously?
