A Neapolitan Ice Cream 1st Birthday Party

Sure it’s fall heading into winter and it’s usually dreary and dull outside, so I thought why not bring a little summer back into our world (even if for a few minutes) Today, I am so happy to feature this Neapolitan ice cream inspired 1st birthday bash courtesy of Trista Lerit Photography. Sophie was the lucky baby girl celebrating that day and her mom, Linda of Grand Soirées left no stone unturned when designing her little girl’s party.  I love how Sophie’s dress was designed to mimic the colors/simple style of Neapolitan ice cream and also how the lovely floral arrangements were designed to look like ice cream cones. Just to darn cute. Sophie’s sweet shop was designed by the talented Melody of the Sweet and Saucy shop and of course her sweet treats are pure eye candy. I am sure this was one of the sweetest days of the year, in so many ways, for everyone who attended!

PARTY IDEA: This party theme isn’t something you only have to do outside in the summer months. Ice cream is enjoyed year round so why not let your next party be an ice cream party.

See how the floral arrangements look like ice cream cones…to cute!

Sophie..the birthday girl

Such a fitting cake to the theme, and don’t you just  LOVE the fondant ice cream cone as a cake topper.

Personalized cutlery is just the sweetest thing!

Look at this little angel. How cute is the ice cream party hat!

These ice cream cones aren’t lickable, but they are just as tasty!

Look at Sophie’s face, she is NOT feeling that little clown on a stick dancing in front of her…LOL

She is sooo into reading her birthday card :-)

Kudos to all the great vendors that made this day special for Sophie.
