You’ve seen them all over the blogosphere, from weddings to birthday parties, ruffled cakes are everywhere. Yeah, I love ruffles and I am sure you have seen me mention them here before. Well today’s ruffled inspiration is a video tutorial on how to make this ever so popular and oh so pretty ruffle cake. Hello beautiful. I am really excited to have found this to share with you all. I know I am going to make an attempt at this for sure. Maybe I will start putting the cake decorating classes I took years ago to good use.

No joke – I actually took a picture of a cake JUST like this to one of our potential wedding cake vendors… who claimed it wasn’t possible to make it. SUCK IT, RANDOM CAKE LADY – it CAN be done!
