Submissions

At The White Library we are always looking for fresh and new content so we would be delighted and honored to feature your party,wedding, product, décor or DIY project.  We are excited about inspiring our readers!

Please Note: Due to the visual nature of our blog, events with high quality photography and beautiful detail shots are more likely to be featured. We are not always able to feature all the submission we receive for various reasons. At The White Library we try our best to feature fresh, original content. As such, priority is given to parties and weddings that have not yet been showcased online. Please indicate if your submission has already appeared online or has been submitted elsewhere.

Who do you accept submissions from?

Whether you’re an event planner, interior designer, stay at home mom, photographer, bride, floral designer or other vendor, you are welcome to send in a submission. We are ALWAYS looking for parties and weddings with the following elements:

  • Real Weddings that have a Pretty, Romantic, Vintage, Rustic and Shabby Chic in Design in feeling
  • Real Parties for Kids and Adults
  • Vintage inspired living décor ideas that feel French, Cottage, Vintage, Rustic, Country or Romantic
  • Creative Detailing
  • Cultural Infusions
  • Dessert & Candy Tables
  • DIY Tutorials
  • Dessert Vendors

How do I submit to be featured on The White Library?

To be considered for a wedding feature:

Simply email an assortment of 20–25  images that include portraits shots of the couple and bridal party, ceremony, reception, cake/dessert table, flowers, table setting and any other details that made the wedding special or told a personal story. If possible, please include details of the wedding such as name of wedding dress designer for the bride and bridal party, why the theme/decor was chosen, a back story for the couple, and vendors that helped contribute to making the day memorable. If you’re a photographer sending in the wedding, please send in any thoughts/memories/insights of the couple you feel our readers would love to hear about.  A link to your website/blog would also be appreciated.

To be considered for a party/celebration or vendor feature:

Please send us information such as contributing vendors and really good detail shots. Please send up to 20 images. A link to your website/blog would also be appreciated if you have one.
